Care Bridge Staffing Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based healthcare employment agency for the Aged Care and NDIS (Disability Support) sectors. We supply care staff for shifts and short-notice cover, and we recruit for permanent roles.
Helping close the care staffing gap
Aged Care and Disability Support providers across NSW find it hard to get enough good staff, especially at short notice. Care Bridge Staffing was set up to help: we build a pool of reliable, caring workers that providers can call on for shifts, and we help providers hire permanently when that's what they need.

The people behind Care Bridge
Ricky Rigor
Director
Ricky leads Care Bridge Staffing from Sydney. He works directly with Aged Care and NDIS providers to understand the staff they need, and makes sure every worker is treated honestly and fairly.
Alyssa De Guzman
Human Resources Coordinator
Alyssa looks after our workers and candidates from first contact to first shift: reviewing applications, screening, references and onboarding. She's often the first person you'll speak to at Care Bridge.
