Before you start
We place Personal Care Workers, Assistants in Nursing and Disability Support Workers across Sydney and Regional NSW. Providers typically look for:
Aged Care
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- 2+ years' Aged Care experience
- Dementia knowledge and experience
- Manual handling skills (safe transfers, hoists)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A current National Police Check
- A 'can do' attitude
- A person-centred approach
Disability Support (NDIS)
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent, or relevant Disability Support experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working With Children Check, where the role requires it
- Current national police check
- Driver's licence, where the role requires it
